Castle Ridge Property

Our development is comprised of 183 two or three bedroom homes on 32.7 acres of property. We are located in the south east portion of the township of East Hanover, Morris County, New Jersey. We are just off of River Road and approximately 600 feet North of NJ Route 10.

Castle Ridge has a large outdoor pool, a small children’s pool, and shaded sitting areas.  We have two full size tennis courts.  Beautifully landscaped and well-maintained, our neighborhood brings families, singles, retirees and young marrieds to an easy to live-in area, with lots to do in town and in the neighboring communities.

Main Entrance

Quarterly association meetings are conducted by an elected Board in a meeting room near the pool entrance.  The monthly fees include trash removal, snow removal, landscaping, common area, and pool maintenance and general building maintenance.

Description of the Homes (Units)

The Dover (A-2 Unit) Townehome: 2 Bedrooms w/ Alternate Upper Level

The Dover is a two-story townehouse with a one-car interior access garage. The first floor contains a two-story high open front entry foyer, split-level staircase accessing the second story, a powder room, laundry and utility/storage room, eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, sunken living room (great room) with fireplace and access to the rear patio. The second floor of this unit contains a master bedroom suite encompassing a sleep chamber with raised sitting room area, second bedroom, and two full bathrooms (one private to the master bedroom and one convenient to the upstairs hall), and an optional den or master bedroom suite enlargement.

The Warwick (A-3 Unit) Townehome: 3 Bedrooms

The Warwick is a two-story townehouse with interior access one-car garage. The first floor consists of a sunken living room (great room) with fireplace, with access to the rear patio, dining room, eat-in kitchen, powder room, laundry room and utility/storage room. A split-level staircase adjacent to the two-story high front entry accesses the second floor which consists of a master bedroom suite having a private full bath and generous closets. Additionally, two bedrooms and a second complete bath are included.

The Stirling (B Unit) Ranch-Plus: 2 Bedrooms

The Stirling is a ranch plus two-story unit with a one-car interior access garage. The first floor entry foyer accesses a living room. The first floor further consists of an eat-in kitchen with adjacent laundry/utility room, formal dining room, sunken family room with fireplace and access to the patio, powder room and master bedroom with full bath. The second floor contains a second bedroom with full bathroom, as well as an open loft with cathedral ceiling overlooking the family room.

Building and Parking Information

The 183 homes are contained within 31 buildings; each building contains either five or six (units) homes. In addition, there are two pools with an adjacent building containing the filtration equipment, bathrooms and an office. Each home has a one car garage and a driveway of sufficient length to allow the parking of a second car. An additional 91 visitors spaces are provided in small paved parking areas along the private roadways. There are 12 parking spaces provided at the pool area for residents and guests.
